"They sent me a defective sink and unfortunately I haven’t opened it within two weeks of delivery and now they’re refusing to replace it. Horrible experience. I would never shop from them again."
"I ordered a vanity from Faucetline without the sink as my builder told me he would provide the sink. As we got to install in the 8 month home building project, our builder removed the vanity from the packaging and then went to buy sink only to find out, it is a very unique size sink that can only be found at faucetline and one other place that were both sold out. Called them regarding the issue and said even though outside of return time frame they would take if still in original box; however, could not as our builder threw away the box when they were doing the first round of house clean up. I explained the issue to them and then got no response back, no calls or emails back. It is like selling a piece of furniture missing a critical piece to be able to use, useless. I have since packaged it all back up (in a different box) and sent back to them as I can't do anything with. I hope they do the right thing and provide refund. I will continue to dispute as this is just not good business. "
"The only thing you will get out of this website is, when you order, you will be told that your product is available. Then after you pay, you will get a notice that your order is delayed, sometimes several months. That is because they do not have inventory. They are simple another ordering website. Use Wayfair, you may get better results. At least you will be treated much better. Customer service is a thing..."
"Do not order from this site. I don't care if you find a positive review, they are fake. This is not a business, they will steal your money. It's a total scam. I ordered an item that was in stock on the stock. Right after I ordered I got an email saying the item was on back order. I waited 2 weeks and never heard from them. You can't call them, so I emailed them to ask when will I get it. Then they told me it would be shipped the next day. After 3 days of no shipment notification. I asked for a refund. They then sent me an email saying it was shipped 2 weeks ago. FRAUD!"
"I purchased an overpriced diverter valve and mixer for a shower remodel from Faucetline. They were a lot more than we wanted to spend but we liked the look. They created a water hammer problem immediately, with loud banging in the pipes whenever we turned the water on. We removed both parts and replaced them with parts from the local hardware store. The problem was corrected immediately. When I contacted their customer service for a refund, they absolutely refused and tried to blame it on my pipes."
"Beautiful faucet. The entire process was really fast and intuitive. My wife and I looked for a similar design but couldn't get anything within our budget from any other merchant we looked at. Got our faucet from FaucetLine for under 40 dollars of what we were offered anywhere else. The entire shipping process was really easy. Would recommend to anyone!"
"if you are sure you don't need to return, then faucetline is reasonably priced. But if you have any issues at all with the quality, shipping or damages, STAY AWAY. Their policy is pretty close to NO RETURNS. There are other online sites that have better customer service and remember that you get what you pay for!!!!"
"I highly endorse FaucetLine due to A1 customer service. They have great communication in addition to great price. I had a shipping issue and they went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer!"
"OMG! I ordered a certain sink I wanted from 2 different places and both were wrong, I had to return them.We were in the middle of re-modeling our kitchen and this delayed us by many days.I was searching the web for the Chef Select sink that I wanted and came across Faucetline.I ordered the one I had wanted and am so happy I did.It is perfect and will be installed this afternoon. Not only was it cheaper by 30.00 but I ordered on Wed. afternoon and had it on Monday.I have had so many problems ordering online but this was an excellent transaction that I would do again with this company. My home has an apartment upstairs and when we are done down here we will be re-doing that kitchen too.Again I will not hesitate to buy from them again."
"Thank you, I was then told that I could not exchange sink without box it was shipped in, I did not open boxes they were given to countertop company and installed, when I received tops, one sink had an overflow in it the other did not. I wish to have both sinks without overflow hole. This was what we ordered and not what we received. I was then told I cannot dispute charges, If I must I will, send new sink without hole I will happily return sink with hole in same box. Let me know if this is possible before I dispute charges. Ps, your sales rep. Was very rude, told me "good luck" with the dispute and hung up the phone. Pss. I won't be so slow to dispute all charges next time..

"This reseller wants charge me 40% restocking fee on an extension wall mirror even though I have offered to pay return shipping and buy a mirror more expensive. They are rude and arrogant and do not care about customer service."
"In November I placed an order online with Faucetline.com in the amount of approximately $1,750 for two bathroom sinks, and p-traps. Faucetline used the nationwide shipping firm Roadrunner to ship the sinks from the Eastern U.S. to me in California. The shipper (Roadrunner) "attempted" to make a delivery to my house while my general contractor was on site, but the shipping driver did not complete the delivery, claiming that there was no one there to take receipt of the items. I was on the telephone around the time of the attempted delivery and the contractor was speaking to me *from my house*.
A Roadrunner representative called me approximately a hour later, and when I explained the situation, and how my general contractor was on site during the delivery window, after which I was informed by the rep. "not according to the driver". Later in the day I received a telephone call from Faucetline threatening to have the sinks shipped back to him for which I would pay shipping and a restock fee. And yes, I would qualify his telephone demeanor as threatening, bordering on hostility.
I had to wait several weeks for Roadrunner to contact me again about redelivery. When they finally did, I again alerted my contractor (as I had the first occassion), and we made sure to have a representative at the house to take delivery of the sinks.
Last week the sinks were delivered, but one of the boxes appeared to be damaged. The driver unloaded several boxes and stacked them on top of each other despite no less than 4 bright orange stickers indicating that the contents were fragile and were not have been stacked on each other. How do I know this to be true? My representative took pictures documenting the delivery.
For the next step of this story, my representative is at fault. He signed for the delivery despite noting that it appeared to have been improperly stacked and may have had some damage.
When I arrived at the house later and opened the packing to inspect the contents, one of the two sinks had been cracked completely in half. As I see it, some of the blame resides with my representative for not more carefully inspecting the delivery contents.
However, this culpability does not change the way in which I was treated by both representatives of both the shipper, as well as the retailer. When I called Roadrunner, they indicated that they would take no responsibility and that I needed to follow-up with Faucetline. When I spoke to the rep. at Faucetline, he informed me that he would accept no responsibility for the sink, or delivery.
The bottom line: caveat emptor! Lesson learned, based on the customer service, and lack of willingness to take some responsibility for a damaged delivery, I have no desire to do business with either Roadrunner Transportation Services, or Faucetline.com.

"Beautiful faucet. Search engine was helpful and I didn't have to look through a lot of faucets to get what I wanted."
"Good experience. Fast delivery. Good prices."
