"I purchased a Moen faucet from Faucet Depot.com, I even called to verify that this was the correct product, was told it was. They charged my credit card , then contacted me and told me that they had charged me the wrong price and that the information was wrong in the computer and they wanted to charge me $100 more for the faucet. Customer service was rude and they would not honor their price for the product I purchased. Stay Away!"

"STAY AWAY FROM Faucet Depot. SENT WRONG PRODUCTS & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 6 items from Faucet Depot: 2 towel rings, 1 toilet holder, a robe hook, a toilet tank handle and a towel bar. 5 of the 6 items were as expected and were delivered within a week. The 6th item, the towel bar was the wrong one (same brand/different line & finish). Clearly an incompetent person packed the items and there was no double-check, because there was a big label with the name, finish and item number on the box. Also the item number and name were listed correctly on the packing slip.
When I called to report the error, express my frustration and ask for the correct towel bar to be shipped to me immediately, the representative was rude and non-apologetic. I asked for expedited shipping since it was their mistake, but they wouldn't/couldn't arrange it; the representative told me the only option available was ground shipping. She promised she was going to check with the warehouse (she said they were closed for the day, b/c she was on the West Coast and the warehouse was on the East Coast), order the correct one and have it shipped to me. She also assured me she was going to call me the next morning to provide a tracking number. She never called me back.
When I called again the next day, another representative put me on hold for 5+ minutes only to come back and tell me that he thought the item was going to get shipped. He couldn't give me a tracking number or an ETA. My installers (we did a total bath remodel) have to come back when the towel bar finally arrives to install the towel bar.
Mistakes do happen but it's the way customer service handles a mistake that makes the difference. Faucet Depot has handled this entire situation very poorly. I doubt I will ever shop at Faucet Depot again. I just hope I get my towel bar eventually."
"I purchased a $120 item and a $25.00 item from Faucet Depot in one order. The higher priced item came damaged and I realized that I did not need the $25.00 item. I contacted Faucet Depot and got a RMA. Faucet depot paid for shipping back for this item and it did not take long to get credit on my credit card. I did not send back cheaper item because it was going to be $10.00 for return shipping so was not worth it. Overall I am satisfied with Faucet Depot and would shop with them again."
"I share the opinions of the other folks that were disappointed in Faucet Depot. I placed a large order with them for many faucet components for a bathroom. Many of the products appeared to be opened/returned. The biggest problem was packaging/shipping. They would ship from California to NY and the items looked like they were packaged by a 3 year old. Items repeatedly would show up damaged, which eventually delayed my project. In the end, I had to turn to the manufacturer to obtain the damaged components and pay extra for the parts. I asked them to reimburse me for the parts that I had to buy from the manufacturer, but they would not. I also communicated with them regularly regarding the packaging issues, but they basically said they couldn’t do anything about it. I would not recommend or use them again."
"Faucet Depot lied to me and my credit card company after I returned two faucets in perfect condition and then purchased two others from them as replacements. Despite agreeing to let me send them back in other packaging since I did not have the original box (which I had told them about beforehand knowing that their normal policy was to send back in original packaging), they went back on their word. I never would have returned the faucets. Instead, I would have either used them in another bathroom or sold them on my own and purchased replacements locally. It's their complete dishonesty that I have the biggest problem with re: this transaction. And specifically Rebecca, who was the one who gave me permission to return them that way and then lied and said she didn't. Why would I send them back if I didn't get permission? Very manipulative and clearly a way to defraud the consumer.
Beware of this company. Hopefully you'll read this before purchasing anything from them. Otherwise, there's no telling what else they might try to pull on another honest customer."

"I had a horrible experience with Faucet Depot. After ordering a Shower Fixture, I waited nearly 2 weeks, no delivery. After calling to complain, I was told that I had been notified it was backordered (I wasn't!), but conveniently, it just came in. The rep said it would be shipped the next day. 2 Days later, still no shipment. I called again, and they said it had been shipped, and would arrive the next day. When I tracked the shipment on UPS, I found it was shipped to Anaheim, CA, about 2000 miles away from MI!!!! I had to call UPS myself to have it redirected. At least I trust UPS when they tell me I'll have it 2 days from now, which will be 21 days since ordering.
My advice: Buy somewhere else!
