"Ordered 5 Toto toilets, wax rings, and flex toilet supply lines from them because they were the cheapest on the web. Received the order from the freight delivery company on a pallet shrink wrapped about a week and half later. The company does not provide freight notification of when the item ships so plan about 2 weeks ahead of time for any projects. Freight delivery driver dropped off the items but I failed to inspect all the parts. One toilet rim arrived damaged but because I failed to note it with the delivery driver, the company would not be able to accept item back. Inspect all parts before signing delivery receipt and NOTE IT as the company will not accept liability for damages during shipping!"

"Ordered 5 Toto SS114-01 toilet seats which they split into two shipments. Fulfillment and shipment occurred the next business day and was delivered in 3 business days. They had the cheapest price on the seats and came with free ground delivery."

"I received the Hitachi 160GB 0A28419 5400RPM 8MB ATA Notebook Hard Drive in perfect condition. Their packing method though is a wonder since they used all FedEx packaging that was designated for Express shipments not Ground shipments. But I guess thats a problem between FedEx and Memorylabs."
