AS PER THEIR NOTE BELOW - the point is moot. I am looking at the product with my own eyes and the beads are pink, regardless of what quality my photo is. I know lavender from pink. If the product is not as advertised, the company should offer a refund. They have the worst customer service ever. They have been rude to me via email from the start. Also, they do not have my permission to post a photo I sent them.
