"Order not delivered, took over a week to process ("orders received after 3pm EST will be rviewed the following day and processing day 1 is considered as the 1st business day) and then one of them were no longer available (it was noted that only a few were available and at which time I placed order it was, if you wait a week to process I'm sure there will be no more). Notifiy of this and and only the cost of the item removed not the taxes or delivery adjusted. As of 2/2/15 still haven't received order, with priority mail next day. Horrible experience with this company. Shipping and handling procedure should be updated, not accurate."
