"I received all my items except 1 it was discontinued but I still don't know if I was charged for it. I don't have my other orders yet but I'll be checking the mail for them because I need to place an order for what I want for wedding favors. I'm very nervous that something may come broken and the directions make it seem difficult to get things replaced. The discontinued item #D5415 it was very lovely. I was disappointed that I could no longer purchase it. So far everything else was fine. I'm glad I came across this web-site. All my order was shipped NOTHING was broken I love it. "I own a home shoe party business and ordered some samples for my hostess gifts. I of course took advantage of the shipping coupon I had found online to save a bit more, who wouldn't? I figured I could get my team excited with some great reasonably priced gifts and we could order in bulk if we liked the products. I had no idea there was such a thing as a sample order limit? Never ordered from this type of business before so didn't think to scan their page for "policy" on such a thing. This isn't my first time "at the rodeo" I order online a lot! I know to see about returns policy, shipping policies etc.. Anyway I happily submitted my order again nothing warned me of a sample limit, received two confirmations and then an abrupt cancellation! That's it just cancelled with a link to their policy and how they have the right to cancel any order. great business practice right? Gets better when I said I would have to shop elsewhere I received rude email back that yes i would need to go elsewhere for my needs and how it would cost them more to ship it to me then I paid and that they sell samples at a loss? They put the shipping coupon and sample pricing out there! They also put in an email "We count ourselves fortunate that you have found somewhere else to conduct your transaction" WOW! really? I would never treat a customer like I was treated by this company! Buyer beware! Read some of their policies as well they take no responsibility for anything and the customer seems to always lose in accordance to their policies. Glad I'm not a bride and customer!!"
