"I would say that your customer service needs some drastic overhaul. We purchased wine set in a wire rack with 2 love coasters and 1 bottle opener. We also purchased the silver plated combo candle/card holder-heart desi. We did not open the products for the first few weeks after recieving it due to being out of town/work commitments(should have in hindsight). The mistake we made is thinking that the supplier would check their items prior to shipping to ensure no issues like product quality issues. This not the case as there were a number of cracked and paint chipped coasters that would not be acceptable to give as a wedding thank-you gifts. We immediately photographed the items and sent an email informing them of the issues. The initial response was that we would have to pay for the shipping since the timeline had passed on their policy of picking up the cost due to defective products. Lesson learnt open it right away to ensure no issue with your products. They therefore sent me the replacent items at my shipping expense. Having leant my lesson from the intial order I sameday opened the products only to find yet again issues with the products. Why would they have not CHECKED the itmes before shipping this time after having experienced this the first time with my order? I have since emailed them on October 23rd 2013,no response, follow up email on November 06, 2013 no response. Another email was sent on December 10th 2013 and no response. Lastly a voice mail was left on December 16th on their toll free telephone number and to this date I have NOT HEARD ANYTHING on my voicemail or numerouse emails. Is this customer service? I am not asking for anything more than what I initally orderd. Thank God I started this process more than a year before my wedding date. "
