"I am pleased with the quality of the product I purchased for engagement party favors. However, I am very surprised that when I ordered personalized tags I was charged for the tags and a separate fee for set-up. That should have been included in the cost of the personalized tags. I have never been charged a fee before. Also the cost of shipping was ridiculous, I was charged $27.00 shipping for a order that cost about $43.OO. Other companies charge by the amount of the order. I will not use this company again, nor will I recommend them. Very disappointed."

"I really like the Murano glass wine stoppers. I ordered 6 different styles. The site stated they would come in a window box with an organza ribbon around the box. I ordered 35- I received 30 of them in a white closed box and no organza ribbon. I also received a style I didn't order but they re-sent the correct one to me ASAP. I also ordered silk ribbons and they were exactly as ordered. I would order from them again."
