"This is an email I received from their customer service dept. after explaining the difficulty I experienced during selection and checkout - and then voided my purchase:

We do not understand why you are having such a hard time navigating the website. All you need to do is search for the item that you want and when you see it, put the quantity you want to order into your shopping cart and click add to cart. Then got to the next item and do the same. When you are done with choosing the items you want to order, you scroll down to right hand side of the screen that prompts you to proceed to checkout. Enter all the billing and shipping information. scroll to drop down window in option 3, to choose your shipping method and see the shipping charge and scroll down to where you choose the credit card you want to use, enter your name as shown on the credit card, expiration date, and then submit your order. You cannot leave items in your shopping cart for more that about half an hour. If you are ordering samples of a few different items, we reserve the right to limit sample orders to 4 - 6 different items, because we cannot fulfill
orders with many different items of just 1 or 2 pieces at this time of the year, since we are extremely busy for the holidays and cannot rush sample orders.

"I recently ordered my wedding favors from favorwarehouse.com. I ordered personalized wedding votives, and 7 of the 75 I ordered were damaged. Completely shattered in the box. According to their policy, they will not replace damaged products so we should order extra. I ordered 5 extra, and 7 were damaged. That is unacceptable! They will refund the cost of the 7, but that does not help me when it comes to my wedding. And why do I have to pay for extra just so they can be damaged and unusable?

The candle in the votive itself is also of inconsistent quality. The candles have different levels of wax (some look almost empty) and the wick isn't even centered in some. These favors were going to double as table decorations, but I'm not sure they look nice enough to do that.

Overall, a very disappointing experience, from product to shipping to customer service. :("
