"This is the second time I order party favors from Favor Warehouse. The first time I ordered candles for my summer wedding last year. "The theme for my daughter's bridal shower is fashion accessories. I had been looking for months for soemthing that my guests would actually use and compliment the theme. A few months ago I found a shoe keychain that I loved but it was discontinued. I kept searching the internet to no avail. With the date getting closer, I went back to Favor Warehouse's site because they really did have a hugh and affordable selection. I knew I would find something that would work. There was a link to "new favors". I couldn't believe it, there it was, exactly what I was looking for, a silver shoe keychain with rhinestone trim at a price so affordable I ordered them immediately. Although I must admit, I was a little skeptical about the quality of the item, being accustomed to seeing what I'm getting for my money before purchasing it. I had to write because I was so impressed with the quality and the beautiful presentation. I will be able to place them on the tables and they will look like they were designed for my theme. I hope my guests enjoy them. I would recommend Favor Warehouse to anyone for any occassion. I don't think I would look any further for any future ocassions I might need favors for."

"We were afraid to order things that needed personalization as we were only ordering a month ahead, so we looked for something simple. We found exactly what we wanted and found the lowest total price with shipping at Favor Warehouse for the quantity we needed.

The shower is July 9th and the order was submitted on Friday, June 10 and it came by UPS on Tuesday, June 14 -- with barely more than a weekend in between. I can understand why over 95% of this company's reviews are positive -- this was very fast service.

We ordered Vineyard Collection wine stoppers by FashionCraft as shower favors and we love them! They are packaged in individual plastic bags -- which only need to be slipped off. Each one is fitted into a black velvety liner and sits in a box with a clear plastic lid. It is wrapped with a sheer white bow that has a little tag with a bunch of grapes and the words, "Thank you" on one side and the product name & manufacturer on the other side.

Thanks, Favor Warehouse, so much for helping to make this as painless as possible. Not having to box & wrap the favors ourselves is a really big deal to 3 new mothers and 2 busy professionals."

"The items were nice. I ordered black and white notebooks with pens, as well as damask place card holders. The notebooks looked cheap and were tiny, although they were inexpensive so I suppose you get what you pay for. The place card holders were much nicer, although very small. The empbroidered apron was very cute and exactly what I expected.

I was very unimpressed with FavorWarehouse's customer service. My order was missing over 10 items. I called and emailed MULTIPLE times (over 5 times) about the missing items, however never received the additional items nor was I offered a refund for the missing items. My bridal shower came and went and I didn't have enough favors for everyone in attendance, which was very disheartening."

"Took 14 days to ship, I ordered them on May 26th at 2 pm and received them on June 9th at my door. That's just for FYI. Items arrived with tiny scratches on the bottom of all of the compacts and the clear plastic boxes that you put them in, which go inside the favor bags are heavily scratched. The problem is I needed these plastic boxes in order to use the tags I purchased. The tags can't go directly on the compacts (they don't fit), only on the boxes. One side of every single box has a thick circle the shape and size of the compact scratched into it and the other side has scratch marks the size of a quarter right in the middle. So I had to take every compact out and face them in the direction of the circle to be able to see the Lily of the Valley through the scratches. It now appears as of they are framed by a large circle of scratch marks (as my option was to have the scratch mark in the middle cover the lilies). Since it is a shiny mirrored item, it is very noticeable and looks terrible. A few had black marks that I had to clean off, one could not be cleaned at all. I would recommend do not order Lily of Valley Classy compact mirrors.I believe the problem is that they are probably stacked for long periods of time with the shiny compacts inside of the plastic cases and become scratched as they are moved around over time, versus being stored separately and loaded into the case as they are ordered. I know that you get what you pay for, but I believe that at any price, you should receive a product that is free from scratches. and it is not just the case that is scratched, the compact itself is full of scratch marks from rubbing against the case over time. I choose this item because my daughter is expecting a baby girl to be named Lily after having two boys and said that she liked Lily of the Valleys and I was hoping for a cute little item for her shower July 16th. At this point I would just like to save someone else the headache I'm having."
