"Ordering and shipping was easy and quick. But to my surprise when the bookmark party favors I ordered arrived, I found I was sent sheets of paper with the stickers on it for me to attach to all 80 of them. This involved opening each box, attaching the sticker, closing the box and reattaching the ribbon. Other than that, they were very well made and were exactly as described on the web site. I somehow missed "Some Assembly Required". But in the end, I will say we received many compliments on them.
