"They delivered my package to a wrong address. They even supplied a picture but the house in the picture is not mine
I contacted them and all I got was an automated operator and the runaround. When I asked to speak to a customer service representative I was told since it was a smart post shipment only the shipper could ask for a trace and speak to a representative. They refuse to accept and take responsibility for what is clearly their fault. "
"FedEx has messed up or lost THREE packages in the last month. This company has proved itself unreliable. I was supposed to receive a package yesterday, and now it’s in another state with an unknown delivery date. It says “null” when I look up tracking info. But on top it says it should arrive yesterday. Another package was supposed to be delivered to me Friday in San Diego. The company I ordered from checked and said my package somehow went to London, Ohio! Third, a very important package worth over $1,000 never arrived. It was in San Diego, out for delivery, then somehow ended up in another state…. Then it was damaged and the sender said it was returned to them in “pieces.” OMG, please be more like UPS!"
"Never use FedEx. I have used them with satisfaction over many years in business but a recent experience with FedEx online and in-person customer service left me mad as hell. FedEx does not follow its own online rules, does not support claims their customer service makes and then lies to you when you follow up on their promises not kept. It pains me to say but if there is only one shipping company in the world and your replacement heart is being shipped while you lay with an open chest on table in a surgical suite, while the surgical team has scrubbed and standing by waiting to save your life, and the shipping company is FedEx, be prepared to die. "

"I set time aside to be home and receive an important package. I WATCHED the FedEx truck drive by my house, then when I tracked my pkg, it said "Customer not home to accept delivery"... It was a lie. I called the complain, I asked if there's any way I could have the driver come back, the woman (who was in Oklahoma) said no but I could pick it up at a local Walgreens or Dollar General. I said that would be fine. She put me on a brief hold, then returned and said its all set. I asked when I could pick up up and she said "By the end of tomorrow" . That's NOT what I wanted. I told her the cancel that, and to just bring it to my home tomorrow, she said she would... I track the package the next day and it says its delayed FOUR MORE DAYS. This is so unprofessional. I've never received worse service. I wont do business with any company shipping with FedEx. It's my new rule. NOT worth the hassle and lies. FedEx clearly has management issues.

- Trattengono la merce per mesi quando ci sono dei problemi alla dogana, senza essere in grado di spiegare il motivo.
- Non ti contattano per risolvere un possibile problema con la spedizione, preferiscono aspettare un mese!
- Se contatti customer service, ti vengono date informazioni diverse, ogni operatore dice una cosa diversa sullo stato del tuo ordine.
Non usate FedEx!!

"Twice now Fed-Ex reported a box as delivered. They included a photo of it sitting by my front door. Only thing. Its not my front door its someone elses. To make mattes worse the photo of the first delivery at the door is not the same front door/home as the second photo for the second delivery. In other words they delivered two of my packages at two different homes.
Now I'm expecting a delivery again, via Fed-Ex. I'm living in fear I'll see it notified as delivered but the photo will show a third different home.
Fed-Ex is either stealing deliveries, suffering from total incompetence and management breakdown and/or full of people who have been pressed so hard they just don't care anymore.
If this delivery isn't right I'm done ordering from any company that uses Fed-Ex and I'll tell them they lost an order because they use FedEx"
"This is the second time FedEx has mis delivered a package. I have no problems with UPS, USPS or Amazon delivery. I made an online purchase from Target. I received an email saying my package has been delivered. Umm no. I went to FedEx tracking. It showed a picture of my package on someone else’s doorstep not mine. Tried to contact FedEx but they have significant call volume- shocking "
"I had ordered a package, valued at $500.00, and Fedex's driver, delivered parcel to wrong address, no customer service to speak to, a fictitious report by FedEx suggested that the delivery driver had successfully delivered parcel and the picture was of another house and that was their final decision. Is FedEx running a criminal activity, by pretending to deliver and steal the parcel? This is a serious issue and I suggest that people avoid this company completely!!!"
""Outrageous" is the heading because this is most people's response when I tell them Fedex charged me $1,668.35 to ship a VERY SMALL ONE POUND box containing a blood sample tube from a lab in Perth, Ontario, to a lab in Rockland MA, USA. And how does Fedex "justify" this? By "RATING" the weight from one pound to ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY ONE POUNDS! No Fedex - one pound is one pound is one pound and you can misuse language in an attempt to justify your extortion but a scam by any other word is still a scam.

"Well I get 2 delays one weather related and the weather is just fine I'm sick of this company I don't why stores go through them I have nothing but bad to say about the company they some times just don't want to deliver who knows why then I live ina house with apt near me they couldn't figure out that I live in a house not Apt I rather pay 10 times the amount for USPS to deliver my stuff never had a problem with my postal office "

"I ordered a package, scheduled for delivery by FEDEX on Friday, 2 December. I watched the driver enter my driveway, go back out my driveway, turn around in my neighbor's driveway, look right at me while I was standing in the door of my garage, and drive off without leaving the package. FEDEX tracking states that the delivery wasn't made because the "business was closed or no one was home." There's another entry the next day in the tracking that states another delivery attempt was made at 11:43 am Saturday, 3 December, stating again that the "business was closed or no one was home." I was sitting at my dining table eating lunch at that time. NO ONE came to the house to attempt a delivery. Then, FEDEX sent me another text stating that my package would be delivered by end of day Sunday, 4 December. At 6 pm, I received another text stating that the package would be delivered Monday, 5 December after 8 am. By the FEDEX tracking number, my package was "Out for Delivery" from Nashville ALL DAY LONG and then at 6 pm, after I was ASSURED by a FEDEX employee that it would be delivered that day, the status changed to "delivery date pending". I finally contacted a FEDEX rep and told them to hold the package at the center in Nashville and I will do their job for them and go get it myself. I cannot control people who ship to me using FEDEX, but you can damn sure bet I will never send anything through this awful company."
"Terrible!!!! My package is either sent to wrong address and today not only was my package opened, torn and taped back up but my item was dirty. No matter how many times you call customer service to file a complaint, nothing is being done. I don’t know why business stop using fedex as the carrier. Worst service and experience."
