"The fact that B&H ships via FedEx makes the entire experience awful. FedEx lied about attempting my delivery (I watched the truck drive right past our front door), then when I called and complained, my B&H package has magically been delayed FOUR MORE DAYS. There must be no fear of recourse or management at FedEx. My business has spent nearly $8000 in the last 12 months (between 2 accts) at B&H and FedEx is makes each experience awful. Amazon sells everything B&H sells, and it never comes via FedEx, so moving fwd, I'll be parting ways with B&H. It's unfortunate, but the DELIVERY is the MAIN PART of a transaction."
Kirk: Thank you for your orders and for this feedback. We regret your dissatisfaction. We received your order on 03/05. At the time the ordered item was not in stock. The order was shipped on 03/08. On 03/10 FedEx said, "Delivery exception. Customer not available or business closed." Later that day they said, "Delivery option requested. Hold at FedEx OnSite request received." The same messages were repeated on 03/11. The current ETA is 3/13/2023 (today) by end of day. In general, our customers have reported satisfaction with FedEx and since we relocated our main warehouse to NJ, their performance has been measurably superior to what our customers had been experiencing with UPS. -- Henry Posner / B&H Photo-Video
"I set time aside to be home and receive an important package. I WATCHED the FedEx truck drive by my house, then when I tracked my pkg, it said "Customer not home to accept delivery"... It was a lie. I called the complain, I asked if there's any way I could have the driver come back, the woman (who was in Oklahoma) said no but I could pick it up at a local Walgreens or Dollar General. I said that would be fine. She put me on a brief hold, then returned and said its all set. I asked when I could pick up up and she said "By the end of tomorrow" . That's NOT what I wanted. I told her the cancel that, and to just bring it to my home tomorrow, she said she would... I track the package the next day and it says its delayed FOUR MORE DAYS. This is so unprofessional. I've never received worse service. I wont do business with any company shipping with FedEx. It's my new rule. NOT worth the hassle and lies. FedEx clearly has management issues."
