"placed an order paid for it a week went by didn't hear anything from them so i started trying to call seen i couldnt so emailed them to find out what was going on. They had been sitting on my money & products for a week. Never bothered to email me or call to say they were out of 2 of the items and would ship them later. Then had a jerk( todd) that became a real a** and blocked me from the site so i couldn't find out who is super was he stated he was the owner & that they did over a million in sales last year loosing me as a customer wasn't anything. Then he wouldnt tell me when I was getting a refund Nor did he offer so ship the rest of my items. I told him I was going to contact the BBB & he said they couldnt do anything to him.Everytime I send an email it seems to go to him( Todd) I want to know if there is anyone out there with any numbers or any other contacts cause I'm not quitting until I talk to someone about what an a** he has been. & what we have been through with this order. It's really sad when you can't reply to someone on here, I didnt spam you every 5 mins. I would have been ok with the out of stock product being sent later had you took time to let me know. I do check my emails daily and had I gotten one from you I would have replied as I have for the last 2 days. What's really sad is when there is people out in customer service like Todd and I guess Emma whom claim they own the company so that you can't get to their boss so they can see the problems.I work customer service and like I said you don't sit on peoples money and products and not let them know what's going on and then think they aren't going to be upset. It's really bad when you email a company that claims to do over a million a year and don't need my business and you give them not one but 2 phone numbers and ask them to have the mgr or supervisor to call you and you get nothing until you post your review about their company, ummm makes you wonder.
