"I ordered something for 2 Day Fed Ex delivery. Did not receive it. Contacted Filter Ace. Said you have to figure in the 1-5 day process time. There website said 1-3 days. Took a week for my pump to get to me. They would not return my shipping cost. Even offered to pay for the regular shipping.

Do not expect to get something from this company quick shipped. I guess they drop ship most of their items from other companies. They should take any item that they do not have on hand and not offer 2 day shipping."
