"I attempted to order a filter (wick) for my Sear/Kenmore Humidifier from Sears PartsDirect, but the robot ordered me the wrong filter (shipping wasn't refunded). I found Filters Fast. They had the CORRECT filter in stock, at a reasonable price, and I received it within a few days. There was no shipping $ and I was able to set up a twice yearly automagic delivery.

"The three categories do not have a lot to do with my review. but I had to check them to get to this portion of the review. I made an online purchase from Filters Fast last year and clearly indicated on my online purchase that I did not want any marketing emails or promotions. For the past two months, my inbox has been filled with marketing emails from Filters Fast and it seems as though they have hired a contractor company to do online marketing and have hired foreign employees who do not speak or understand English. I do not feel that I should unsubscribe to something that I never subscribed to. I do not know how to get this madness stopped, but I do know that I will never make a filter purchase from this company again. There are Lowes Home Improvement Stores and Home Depot Stores in Memphis, and I will stick to purchasing my air filters from them from now on. "

The wrong item got placed on order and shipped without me knowing how that could happen since i had never even researched the wrong item. I paid $9.95 shipping charges to ship to me and $19.93 to return the item i did not order according to their return instructions! They did give me as $52.04 credit which gave me a net of $22.16 after shipping charges. They only give you a few days to return a item and even though sick, I took it to Fed ex to return with proper information inside.. all according to their instructions.
