"My first two orders of filters for the largest size for geothermal were delivered in good time, however the shipping company must have played football with the boxes that arrived with holes and crushed. FiltersFast refunded me immediately and we tried for 3 times lucky. I had sent photos of the damaged shipments, so this time the warehouse was ready. I was told that the boxs would be reinforced in some way. When it arrived, it was in perfect order - finally - but the box appeared to be the same type as previous. I guess they warned the shipping company to take care.
All's well that ends well. Best price around for MERV 13 filters and will definitely reorder when ready for a refill. It is so hard to find a really supportive and ethical company now days. FiltersFast is it in a nutshell!!!"

Now its the twenty fifth of December and still no filters, you should change the name of your company to Half Fast Filters"

When I called and described the problem, they immediately sent out a new filter with a plan B if that did not work. New filter worked great, no more leaking. "I had an auto order set up for a filter. First filter was the name brand, worked great. Second installment shipped and i received the generic filter fast version of the filter. No FYI sent via email. And it wasn’t compatible with our fridge. I called and they said they would send the right replacement. And then cancelled on me without notification! I only saw because my card was credited. I had to call to confirm. Disappointing service and product. Ended up ordering the eighth filter from Amazon. "

"I ordered a filter housing on 9/22 and was told 5-6 business days for shipping. It never shipped and my emails to customer support about this item went unanswered. I finally called after 25 days and was told someone would get back to me. When I got a response, they said they can't get the item and asked if I wanted a refund. 3.5 weeks to tell me they can't get an item I had already paid them for and they had to ask if I want a refund? They still show the item on their website with 5-6 day shipping time. If you don't have something or can't get it, take it off your website so people won't waste their time waiting for something they will never get. I hope they can send me my refund in a reasonable amount if time. "
"We like being able to order online and get these filters shipped to us. In spite of slight delays in arrival because of weather and covid, these arrived close to the expected delivery time and were in perfect condition. It would be nice if the price was $75.00 instead of $74.95 so the $ discount would apply--piddly difference for a nickel but unpleasant surprise to consumer. That also affected shipping cost which was no longer free for less-than $75.00 items. Seldom do we need to purchase more than one package of filters at a time, so these dings are not welcome even for such a good product. Perhaps management and marketing can get on a more buyer-friendly "page"/solution in the future."
"While I love my filtration system that I have had for 3 years, replacing the filters have been a nightmare! None of the replacement filters were correct. You even sent an entire, new filtration system to me and I was charged $308. for it. I hope I get the money back. The plumber was here but could not change out the filters, so now he has to come back when, or if, I get the right parts. I must say, tho, the girls at the company have been great to me. Very sympathetic and are doing all they can to help, even sending me pre-paid labels to return the wrong items. I don’t understand why the company that makes the systems does not carry the replacement parts.

"I asked customer service about the location of my filter. They said it was lost and would send another one, plus sent tracking number with it. After 4 days, I had to ask where it was and they said they would send it when it was shipped. I finally got the tracking number the next day. This has been absolutely ridiculous and I am not happy at all. Unless something is done to fix this, I won't ever use this company again. "
"I ordered the product on August 11, but until now I had never received any shipment sent by Filters Fast. They said they had already shipped twice by using FedEx and put it in my backdoor at August 30th and September 16th. However I got nothing. Even I called them to complain, still no follow up action. And they said the customer relationship manager would call me within 24 to 48 working hours since September 18. But no one call me. What happened? Is the Filter Fast a lier?"
