"This company cares nothing about service after the sale has been made..... They do not support their staff, hide their ticket sellers from communication, tell stories of changed policies with major colleges which are completely false, and leave as a resolution to cancel your order, following being hung up on, lied to, and even told by customer support that I would need to call back in an hour, as she needed to go to lunch!!!!!
