"Note their return policy. 20% restocking fee is unreasonable. My daughter's costume arrived with a damaged head piece and was poor quality (like most are), but what was upsetting was the 20% fee to return this stuff. I paid shipping to my home, now I have to pay to ship it back (I did not return it as defective, just that it was uncomfortable for my kid to wear) and to add to it I need to pay them 20% to restock? Don't be fooled by the return policy for other, non-costume items (what else do they sell to have multiple return policies). Their other return policy, at the top of the screen says 15%. You better be sure you want this items before you complete your order or you will be out quite a bit of money."

"Do not EVER order from this company, their customer service is absolutely horrible. I ordered a costume last week and did not receive an order confirmation via email. When I inquired they said my order was being processed and gave me an order number. A few days went by and I had not received any shipping confirmation so I inquired yet again through their website.
Friday I received a response stating "Your order has already been processed and packed. Your order is just waiting to be shipped. It should be leaving the warehouse shortly."
Well today I receive another email from them stating that the product is out of stock, will not be reordered and my order is being cancelled. What?!?!?!?!? Now I have one VERY upset little girl that she can't get the costume she wants because, of course, now every other place is completely sold out as well.
So save yourself the headache and don't bother with this company or any of their affiliates (they have numerous companies under one umbrella)."
"similar review as others. bad. called to check status 10 days after order. they said it was still being processed. called a week later, and still no update. said computers are down.
if you actually need a costume in a reasonable amount of time, pay an extra $10.00, save yourself the aggravation, and actually receive the costume you ordered. i rarely write reviews b/c i like to give businesses "the benefit of the doubt", but they are scam artists. how they get away with it is beyond me"
"Worst costume service ever! I order a costume on the 9 of oct and they emailed me with a tracking number on the 17th. It was suppose to be delivery on the 24th, so when it didn't come I called them. After being on hold for 2 hours, they said their warehouse lost it and would call me back when then found out what happened. They never called and after calling back and being on hold for another 2 hours they hung up on me. The third day of calling I decided to call the sales part of the company and holding for 10 minutes I finally talked to a manager. Who said that they finally shipped it and they couldn't have over nighted it. This company is horrible. It took them more than 20 days to send my package and wasn't helpful at all. Don't order anything from them!!!!!!"

"Scam artist. That about sums these guys up. After accidently purchasing the same costume twice as a gag gift we attempted to return one of them. Unfortunately we purchased just before Halloween and the gift was for Christmas. Understandably they would only issue a store credit. Once they received the unopened costume they refused to issue a refund claiming that the UNOPENED (at least the last we saw it) item was now damaged. Upon hearing this I requested a full refund (rather than credit)considering they sent me damaged goods. That request was promptly denied and I was accused of wearing the costume and sending it back. Despite offering the other confirmation number multiple times to prove I accidently had ordered two costumes... I think it’s safe to say they refuse all returns so buyers beware of this scam artist!"
