"Terrible experience. I ordered a camping chair on Dec 3rd and received my order confirmation. On Dec 19th I realized that I had never received a shipping confirmation. I tried to look up my order through the website and nothing happened. I called customer service and was informed that my order had been canceled. They believe that item is not available currently from the manufacturer so they canceled my order. I received neither a phone call or an email informing me that my order had been canceled. Thankfully since the order never shipped I was not charged. Now I have 5 days to find another christmas present for my father. Thanks for nothing Firecraft. "
