FireCraft evaporated, I can't find them anywhere on the interweb of things. The computer board failed. Many phone calls and endless time on hold. Many emails with no movement on the problem. I contacted the Pennsylvania Attorney General and filed a complaint with all documentation, phone logs, emails & contemporaneous notes on how I was treated, etc. It is VERY important to keep a log or journal of conversations you have when dealing with problem products: dates, times, how long on hold and a synopsis of the conversation. Emails are there for "hardcopy". The Pennsylvania Attorney General moved the process along and resolved the issue of the bad computer board. I received the repaired computer board from: Roanoke Electronic Controls, 312 Main Street, Roanoke, AL. 36274-1436. Phone # ***-***-****,Tommy Hicks. This is all of the information from the shipping label. This must have been the vendor that FireCraft was using for the computer board repairs. They may have even been the vendor for the original boards. I would encourage anyone that has the same problem as I did to contact the Roanoke Electronic Controls. The repair they performed has worked flawlessly since it came back from them. I highly recommend them for repairs. I hope this information helps anyone with the problem I experienced. I would hate to see anyone end up with a $1000.00 deck ornament like I had for about six months.

"The grill was poorly designed and the boards get wet. Here is a resolution to your problem. Call Tim at the Cook Shack @ ***-***-**** to get a new board. Add a gasket to the front of the board PSA foam preferred about .128 to .25 thick. The only issue I had was the thermocouple would not read actual temp but otherwise works Ok. Board is about 100.00$ Thremocouple/stat, is about 35$ All the hook-ups are the same so it's easy"
"I too am not able to contact anyone from this store. I had 1 bad board already and now another. The grill is no good without it. I don't think the design is made for outdoors. I keep mine under a pavilion so it doesn't get wet but still have the board issues. Don't buy this grill until the board issue is resolved."
"The grill worked great until it didn't. It took me a month to get in contact with them and they said the board must have gotten wet. I don't believe it because they did not ask me to check the fuse first and they agreed to send me a new board even though it is out of warranty. The board is back-ordered. I think they know they have a problem. It's now been over two months with the board on back-order. Again, I can't reach them. I've called three times and spent almost an hour total on hold before either getting disconnected or hanging up myself. I tried both sales and customer service.
