"A day after placing my order, I was notified that 1 - and the 2 - of the 2 items I ordered were on backorder. When attempting to modify my order, it turned out that other varieties of the same item were similarly not available. Bottom line: They don't carry the product, but must have it drop shipped. If they'd said that up front, it would have saved me a whole lot of trouble. Will attempt to use them again, but next time I will call and verify availability before ordering."

"The first package that came had big and heavy items mixed in with small items. Looked like every thing had just been thrown into the box. My small rubb ingredients had been dented and one had popped open. Plus everything was filthy because one of the lump charcoal had a hole in the bag. Had to hand wash my items. Appreciate free shipping but I would like to have the items packaged properly so that I can receive them in new condition. Just thought not much care went into packing the items. Will use again but if this happens again will find another place to shop."
