"Spoke with Dakota regarding spacing of screw holes for mounting plates on combo smoke/fire/CO for both standard battery units and 10-year battery units. This info is not present on mounting instructions downloadable from the F/A website (that I could find). I have existing plaster ceilings that are difficult to work with and wanted to know in advance if either of these units would fit over the existing mounting screws. Thanks to Dakota, who was kind enough to find the physical units in-house and measure the spacing options for me. Indeed there were spacings on the mounting plates to fit both styles of detectors I am replacing ( 2 3/8" and 3"). Your competition could not offer that adaptability. 10-year combo units for me!"

However weeks later they were asking for tracking numbers which I no longer had (big mistake). I was told to put a code number on the box and I shared that with them Apparently that was not enough or the box did get lost, Have no idea but they make returning so incredibly hard."
