I had to contact first class watches to find out what had happened. When the watch arrived, the presentation box provided was of very poor quality for a Rotary Watch and the box broke into two pieces straight away.However, first class watches did send straight away another box. Good service, but increase you price to allow for Royal Mail next day delivery. "
