It was the first time I had used their Company and of course the watch I wanted was unfortunately not available and I was of course upset as it was for a xmas pressie. However, I understand how busy it is this time of year and that it is not always possible for things to be purchased. I would just like to say I did not mean to cause any offence to the company at all and I would suggest that people keep using this Company because I certainly will use it again.
