"I was a first time customer and although I had in mind a more expensive watch,I chose to start with something less expensive and I am very glad I did.First of all,after filling in my address,after the watch had been dispatched,I noticed an important part of the address was omitted so the watch had no way of getting to the right address unless I was contacted.I asked that a tracking number be sent,after a few emails and a couple of very insistent phone calls I got the tracking number.As a customer from Romania,the tracking was essential!When my shipment got to Bucharest,I got in touch with the shipping company.My phone number was also omitted so if I had not insisted on getting a tracking number,there would have been no way to contact me.First Class also promised size adjustment,I sent in my details,my watch was not adjusted.
The good news is that I got the watch I had ordered!!!With all the other things that went wrong,I almost expected to get the wrong watch!Maybe they do better on UK/Local orders but their international service in my opinion is nerve wrecking."

"The service offered by First Class Watches was superb, I ordered the watch on Wednesday and received it on Thursday with no issues at all. They even sent a text to let me know when the watch had been passed to royal mail and emailed me with a tracking reference so that I could follow the delivery.

"To be fair I didn't have a very good experience to start with but after a phone call all was sorted out and they were received them the monday morning from the phone call friday night. Which I thought was outstanding.
The packaging was a little disappointed as they were 3 Chamillia charms for 3 different girls and they came in the little green pouches and one of them was wrapped in used paper and just pushed in the pouch. I do think you should be given the option to be able to buy the lovely boxes which they use at my local Jewelers or if you spend or buy a certain amount . I have been and purchased the boxes from the jewelers which they kindly supplied at £1.25 each. So I bought 4 as one of the charms was Best Friends charm and are for 2 girls who are best friends from birth 11 hours difference in same hospital and next bed and me and her mum were good friends too they have never fell after all these years."
