"My experience with this online company was the worst. When I placed the order for my 17 year old niece graduation dress I had the option of paying for a rush order so that the package would have arrived at my address on June 23rd because the graduation date was June 28th. On June 20th I had to make contact with the company to find out what was going on. I was told that ot was ready to be shipped the next day and that the package should have arrived in three days (lie). On the morning of the 21st I received an email which said that my city address was incorrect so I responded immediately only to get an auto reply message saying that they would respond to me within 48 to 72hours. Therefore the dress left China on the 24th (one day after it was suppose to arrive) I was told that it was my fault but when in truth and in fact it was there poor customer services. Anyways i was told that a rush was placed on the shipping order and i would receive it in 3-4days. Today is the 29th. My niece could not attend her graduation and they have been telling me that the dress reached my country since Wednesday which is a blatant lie. to date have not been refunded 1 cent nor have I received the dress one week after the estimated time of arrival. I will never use these people's services again noe will I advise others to do so"

I am so happy to have ordered from fishinthesky because the colour I had needed was light yellow and unable in retail stores. The colour wasn't in their option menu but you can request it in the message box since it is an option for chiffon.

The dress itself fits like a glove ! As long as you know your measurements you should have no problems. In Canada I am size 4 and that's what I ordered on the site. THE DRESS IS EXACTLY what I was looking for and expected : beautiful and classic.; almost like a couture gown. The fabric was as advertised:chiffon and tgat's what I have received. The colour is perfect!

"I have ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses and 2 different wedding dresses from here, I am a size 8-10 so I ordered just that, the 1st wedding dress was wayyyy too small, I couldn't even get it on. 1 of the bridesmaid dresses was a darker shade than the rest, mind you I ordered all of them in the same color. 2nd wedding dress I ordered, I spoke with the representative, I am pregnant and they assured me that they would make the slip with stretch material, the dress got here and it was not made how they promised, so that was a waste of more money, and when I spoke with them they basically told me "oh well", they would not accept responsibility for their own mistake and didn't want to work with me in any way to resolve an issue that was their own fault. DO NOT purchase from this site, if you do you will be VERY disappointed! Not to mention I ordered the 2nd wedding dress in a size 16 and that JUST fit and Lord knows if I bought a size 16 dress from any other store, I would basically be able to swim in it!"
"Someone needs to shut this so called business down! Do NOT spend your money here. They made a size 8 dress with an 18inch wide lining and a 26inch wide dress. Imagine the bulges. No one can fit in it and tailoring is out of the question with design. Also it was called "beaded" but there was not one bead on the dress. Just some cheap shiny material sewn on top of silk. The worse part is dealing with customer service. The only thing they know how to do is answer you by repeating stupid questions. You want refund - forget it. I paid $149. for this thing called a dress. After over 60 emails and a month of complaints demanding a refund they said they would refund all my money. I got $18 credit! When I asked for All my money they responded "Dear , you mean a full refund we have promise?"
