"I placed an order for the product I wanted and waited for it to ship. After a week they canceled my order. I tried calling several times but no matter when I called I always got the “answering service” it was ridiculous. I started reaching out by email but after 5 emails and no response I gave up. Horrible customer service. Zero communication and I I never received my order. Stay away. "
"I have ordered from here a bunch of times in the past without any problem. Recently I ordered my "usual", some protein. This was on 11/3 and now it is the 14th and they have not even picked the order to go out for delivery. Now I do understand they get stuff from other parties but over a week and a half and still haven't shipped! They say 2 day delivery which is nice but if it takes them over a week and a half to pull of the shelf to deliver then they should simply let you know. I know all or most people do not expect to wait that long to get a product online.
I had emailed several times after the the 1st 4 day, I am yet to hear back. I even called them, the 1st time, almost a week after my order, and again 3 days later. Both times I was told I would get a phone call back that day and have heard nothing!
This is totally unacceptable! There are PLENTY of competitors in the health and supplement market and with FitRX's practices they will NOT survive if this is how they ship their products or handle their customers inquiries. I have since ordered and received the same products for $3 more but has been delivered to my home in a matter of days, all while still no word from Sh*tRx, I mean FitRx. I do not care if it is free shipping or not, I would rather pay then wait nearly two weeks for product! "

"I have ordered from FitRx.com before, when I caught a sale on some protein. This time, I caught another sale on protein. They are already a couple bucks cheaper than Amazon.com. I also noticed their regular price on my vitamins is also cheaper than Amazon. I found a coupon code online for free shipping, which sweetened the deal even more.
Here's what really impressed me though. I placed the order on Friday morning. FedEx rang my doorbell with the full order on Saturday at noon. I ordered two 5 lb jugs of protein, my vitamins, my wife's vitamins, and they threw in some freebies of flax seed oil and a shaker cup.
Its really pretty rare I'm impressed enough with an online retailer that I would bother writing a review."
"I have ordered from FitRX many times before and tried to do so again this morning. Their shipping is slow but the pricing is decent so I was going to order again as usual. I used a different credit card this time but the same billing/shipping address that I always use. Their automated system claimed an address mismatch on the billing info. When I contacted me so that they could verify my information with my bank, they refused to assist me. They stated that if the automated system rejected it, they would not manually override it. The order was being billed and shipped to the same person who ordered thousands of dollars worth of merchandise before and they were unwilling to spend 5 minutes verifying my information manually with my bank. Terrible customer service and I recommend that you order elsewhere. "
"This website's customer service is HORRIBLE. They place charge holds on your Credit Card accounts even though their website claims your Credit Card was declined!! Then they redirect you to fix the problem and REPEAT. I had one heck of a bad day talking to my credit card company trying to get to the bottom of the problem and my credit card holder stated that none of the charges were declined. I contacted this merchant and they had the audacity to insist I was entering my billing address incorrectly! Not once did they even accept responsibility or even try to find out if something may be wrong with their verification service. NOoooo the problem was me or my credit card holder, either I don't know my own address or my credit card holder has a problem, even though I have used the card before and after this purchase attempt without issue. Don't order from this business unless you want to have several hundred dollars on hold until it clears and they get reversed!"

"I use to think this was a great place to order my protein powder until I experienced having to deal with their customer service. As a healthcare executive in one of the nations top hospitals I have recommended many people to the site (from coworkers, patients, friends), but will no longer do so. I placed an order online. Never got my order. Called customer service 3 times to address the issue with them, but they have been horrible with follow-up (none). During the last call they said they would credit back my card, but I still have not seen any credit to my account. The last staff member I spoke with insinuated that maybe I did receive the items, but I am just claiming I didn't (he said "there are two side to every story" a few times during the conversation). Its been several months and I have decided to just order from another site. This might be slightly more expensive but customer friendly and trustworthy is important to me.
