"I ordered the power line P1X and overall very pleased with the machine. However the directions are pitiful to say the least; but once I got the machine put together I've really enjoyed using it. When I got my order it was missing the leg press attachment. I emailed them and thought it might take a while to resolve the issue but they emailed right back within a couple hours and sent it out right away. I've always been skeptical about purchasing on line especially when you get it at a good price because you just don't know how well the customer service is. With that said I think these are good guys to deal with. I would definitely buy from them again. "

I followed up on 2/23, someone said I was going to receive an email regarding status of my purchase...I never got one. I did a get a voice mail on 2/27, saying that the equipment is out of stock! It's 3/2 now, an email was sent that they just started to process my order. My excitement in using the home gym equipment has definitely dipped due to bad service. I'm with a customer service-oriented company, and we provide better service than this. "

“Hi Gilbert....Many smaller companies like Valor do not update their dealers on their stock status. When you ordered, you ordered on a Holiday. We sent your order to Valor the next day and they said it was out of stock but only for 2 days. It is now 3/2/17 and your order has shipped. That is exactly 8 business Days, 2 days past what we "ESTIMATE" as a delivery date. We don't say Guaranteed delivery date. I'm certain you bought it from us because you couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else and you thought you would thanks us for that great price and a 2 day overage on our "estimated delivery date" by giving us a 1 star review.
