"I have been working on Fiverr since 2014, at first I made an account to find an affordable editor for my book, then I realized that I had a lot of skills that would work perfectly on Fiverr. I started selling very cheap translations and transcriptions, just to start getting a reputation, I became level 1 seller very quickly and started to add more gigs, such as graphic design. Once I was level 2 seller, I started offering the services that I really wanted to sell: Book Promotions
I'm very happy with the website, either as a buyer or a seller, Fiverr always have my back and I can trust that if I ever need to contact their customer support they will take the time to solve my problem as number 1 priority.
Now that I'm established as seller, I don't even need to send offers to potential buyers or check their requests, the jobs come to me thanks to Fiverr taking the time to promote my services on the various websites where they place ads as well as in their own site.
I have tried to work on other freelancers websites, but never felt to comfortable and happy as I am on Fiverr, now it's my only income source and I wouldn't change it for anything."

"Soy un diseñador gráfico de Venezuela, un país que esta pasando actualmente por una situación económica caótica, acompañada de miles de trabas para los profesionales. Las esperanzas para que un profesional crezca en su campo son muy limitadas, por lo que emigrar resulta ser la opción mas viable.

El problema es que debido a la caos económico, el costo del dolar se ha elevado a niveles increíbles; por lo que un dolar cuesta 1.100Bs (Bolivares, moneda nacional), siendo el sueldo base de un trabajador en Venezuela de 16.000Bs, lo que equivale a 16$ al mes... Y un pasaje aéreo cuesta de 400 a 800$; por lo que reunir para un pasaje y y algo de dinero para empezar una nueva vida es imposible.

Fiverr fue para mi un milagro, que me dio la esperanza que me había arrebatado la situación del país... Tengo 10 meses trabajando en Fiverr, experimentando con trabajos que no creía poder hacer, y ademas conociendo personas muy interesantes a nivel profesional... Pero sobre todas las cosas, especializándome en mi profesión y engordando mi portafolio y currículo.

Gracias a Fiverr ahora tengo un pasaje para aventurarme a otro país, tengo un buen dinero reunido para empezar con pie derecho, y ademas un portafolio enorme de trabajos realizados alrededor del mundo...

"Before, I had a negative opinion of Fiverr, due to its low payment for services. I normally sell my services at a much higher rate. However I was surprised at the amount of extra income I received from Fiverr and the number of higher paying "gigs" I got through the service.
The fees are quite high. If you earn $5, you get $4, and then there is another very small charge for withdrawal. So if you have a larger gig that pays you $100, you only get $80. Unlike many online sites you don't have to pay a hefty upfront yearly fee, so it is kind of a wash. Definitely worth trying out!"
