My name is James Purkey, I received the correct screen and everything appeared to be neatly packaged but upon retrieving the screen from the box the screen slid right out of the bottom of the bubble wrap package. There was no tape keeping it closed or any kind of seal at all. No eveidance of there ever being anything in place to securely keep the screen inside the wrap. I have several pictures of the screen itself as well as pictures of the bubble wrap itselsf if requested. I ask that this be handled in a civil manor. I would like a replacement screen properly sealed or a full return of my money. If either is met I will review fixez.com with a full satisfactory 5 stars and will gladly use fixez.com in the future. I'm trying to have this matter solved as efficiently and civil as possible. I'm not upset nor wish to have issues. I just wish to have the screen replaced with another or the full amount paid returned to my bank account. I appreciate your time in regards to my order.

Thank you for your email. I apologize you had issues getting the replacement part out unbroken, however we have not any other reports of anyone breaking the part on removal. We have been in business the last 8 years and we are very versed at wrapping packages over that time. We do offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items but unfortunately this item is physically damaged. Our warranty does not cover any physical damage as our suppliers would be unable to accept the item in this condition. We would be unable to assist you in exchanging or refunding this item. "I received a poorly packaged product that was fragile. Upon opening, the item purchased was broken.
I purchased a screen protector (shatterproof) item number 4-LG-2438, order number 114132X on 2/1/2017. I paid with anAX card, the item cost $6.99 & was part of a two item shipment. Upon opening the product, I found the product was damaged/cracked. I never attempted to use the product. I contacted the company I purchased from right away, at first, they asked for pictures and invoice information. Then they said it was the shipping company's fault and now refuse to refund or replace the item. The shipping box showed no signs of damage. I have all email communications and pictures submitted. They have been completely uncooperative and demonstrated a complete lack of "customer service". They have shown that the small profit derived from a $6.99 item is more important than customer relations and long-term considerations. I would never purchase or recommend that anyone ever purchase from this company ever."

"Thank you for your email. This is an unfortunate situation as the part was shipped using first class mail, which does not insure package against damage/loss during shipping. We unfortunately can not refund/exchange item based on the fact there is physical damage. At this time the option left is to purchase another part. We apologize again for the inconvenience this causes. Thank you."
Uh yeah F for customer service. Fixez refused to take responsibility so I had to escalate to PayPal to get this resolved."
"I received a defective replacement screen for an iPhone 6 Plus. I called up customer service and was told to return the screen for a refund. I ordered a second replacement screen which worked. I received an email a few days after they received the returned screen stating they could not give me a refund because the screen seems to be working fine. They wanted $5.50 PayPal payment so they could mail the screen back to me or they would dispose it. Now I have to contact my Amex to get a refund. I would never do business with Fixez again. Buyer beware. "

I've spoken with Thomas at customer service and emailed their support. I'm now stuck with the used, broken iPhone screen they sent me when I was supposed to receive a new one, obviously. "
