"The parts and tools I ordered from fixez were perfect. They were the right parts for my phone, and everything fit and worked as advertised. The problem was that the instructional video showed the back just popping off when in fact it's glued on very securely. Another site shows this and sells a tool for loosening the glue by heating it. Unfortunately I didn't discover this until I had damaged the back cover. I was able to successfully replace the screen on my phone, but now only the case keeps the phone together. If it wasn't for that, everything would have been perfect. "

"Purchased Nexus 7 tablet display after watching their replacement video. Decided to also purchase tool set so I'd be sure to have everything I needed. The very first step was to insert a precision knife blade into the side of the case to force it apart. I used the one received from fixez.com and Immediately noticed that my new knife blade was very loose. I attempted to tighten the vice by turning the handle but with very little torque applied, I discovered that the plastic threads were stripped. Absolute rubbish. Turns out they claim to have a policy of no returns or refunds on tools. "
"I own an electronics repair business and have worked with many different suppliers. Fixez has been the absolute worst. The first issue I had was with an iPad Air 2 screen soon after they became available (so, expensive). The screen tested well and was installed on the customer's device. After four days the digitizer stopped working. I took the device back in and sent the screen back (they offer a "100% guarantee" and a 30 day warranty. I was told they couldn't take the screen back because the adhesive was used and there was a mark on the edge from removing the screen. I was eventually able to get a replacement but it was after several phone calls and escalating to management.
I stopped buying from them after that but after several months I decided to give them another chance. I needed a screen asap for a customer and they had it in stock. I ordered expedited shipping to get it here on time. The package arrived but it was the wrong part (note 5 screen rather than S7 screen). Both my order and the packing list show the correct part but the wrong one was shipped. After contacting customer service I was told that they would gladly send out a replacement as soon as they received the wrong one back. After arguing for some time and them requiring that I send pictures of the wrong parts and giving them time to review them, they agreed to send the correct part. They absolutely refused to expedite the shipping even though the problem was on their end because "that is our policy". I sent back the wrong part and waited a few days for the other to arrive. It did not so I called back again. This time I was told that they did not send the part as I had been promised. They waited until the wrong part got back to them because "we didn't trust that you were going to send it back because you sounded angry on the phone". Apparently that justifies lying to a customer."
"Ordered an LG Optimus G Pro touchscreen panel along with a nylon spudger that their video says is required for the replacement. Received the package on time, opened it only to find out that there was no spudger in it. Went ahead with the repair as their the video suggested. When the turn came to put the adhesive tape to stick the new touch screen panel, I realized even that was missing from the package. Ordered that from amazon. Once that arrived, continued with the repair and finished it. Turned the phone on to realize that the touch screen didn't work properly. It is always "touched" at one corner, the top left corner where Android has notification drawer which keeps popping automatically!
Contacted the support which were prompt to reply. But asked me to take out the touch screen back from my phone and send it back to them for a refund (I have to bear shipping and restocking fee! Shipping and restocking of a used touch screen since it will have adhesive residue on it they can't sell it again anyways!)

"I bough a screen replacement for my Moto x Pure. After two months water drops penetrated the screen and affected an important part of the screen. I bough another one and there was a problem with USPS. Although they were in charge of the delivery (USPS acted as their agent) they want me to wait until they collect from the insurer company that covers USPS. So far, two months after, they have not delivery to me another screen nor returned my money. I have sent several emails complaining and talked with the customer service personnel. Unfortunately, they are not a trusted company "
