"i am giving them a bad review.i received my ditizer and front screen,made my apt an took it to phone repair place.phone place told me they sold me a bad ditizer.i called fixez and they told me that they couldnt refund my money it was past 30 days,i said i dont want my money back i would just like you to send me working parts that i paid for.she said im sorry cant do that either we cant help you,no on there site it doesnt say anything about sending parts to replace bad parts they sold you only about refund,how could i no they sent me a bad part until the phone repair shop told me this i left the parts sealed in the box and took it to phone repair shop so i no the parts didnt get broke while waiting for apt with phone repair place. so im writeing this in hopes to help others not loose out on hard earned money im out over 50 dollers and i have garbage parts that are no good..i would never order from them again...costumer service is rude,unhelpful and treat you poorly once they got your money...."
"I am a first-time buyer from Fixez.com. I bought a replacement screen for my iPhone 6 Plus. One of the ribbons on the screen arrived creased in back. I saw this before opening the plastic packaging and called customer service.
My expectation: To have Fixez.com stand behind their product and send out a replacement immediately and maybe even apologize for the inconvenience.
Reality: Please take a picture of the product (apparently they don't believe me?). Send the product back to us (at my own expense). We will test the product and decide if we should give you your money back.
I lost money on this deal and will never work with this company again. "
"The screen for my LG G4 worked for a month or two, then started turning off randomly, and I'd have to press on the front of the phone to get it working again. When it finally went out completely--three months after it was bought. Fixez refused even to exchange it, since it was outside the 30-day warranty period. What good is a 30-day warranty, anyway?

"I was sold two phone displays, and both of them suffered from random clicks and swipes, probably 50 per minute on one and about 5 per minute on the other. Displays were properly installed, as verified by an engineer. The displays were also not as bright as the originals. This made the displays unusable. Installed on two different phones. I suspect they were selling used displays, as each of the two displays, which should have been identical, came in different packaging.
They wouldn't stand behind their product. Very dissapointing. "
"While everything was great at first, the screen started breaking down within the first week of use. First the screen assembly started raising off the frame (I also purchased and used the proper adhesive strip for that model) and touch functionality was reduced to the bottom half. Then, while back in the shop to investigate, the LCD started to display garbage followed by dying completely.
Since the website stated explicitly that returns would only be accepted within 10 days of receipt (the customer picked up the phone a couple of weeks after repair, putting us well past 10 days), and only for unused items, I didn't pursue an RMA and instead focused on figuring out how to fix this for the customer.
Recently I received a survey invite for this transaction, with a request to contact their support department first in case of an issue. I figured it was worth a shot and submitted the case to support, not expecting any miracles. However, the response was quite a bit more frustrating than anticipated.
Apparently, their actual return policy is 30 days and they would have issued an RMA for the broken screen, meaning I would have been inside the return window all along. Of course, by now I had exceeded even the 30 days so there was really nothing which could be done anymore.
Maybe it's my own fault for taking their posted policy at face value instead of asking them about an exception. But I feel that the point of posting a policy is to clearly state all aspects and prevent needless questions from wasting anyone's time.
Overall just a very disappointing experience!"

"The no wait shipping and the overall quality of most of the parts has been amazing. There's been some minor setbacks with some bad parts here and there. But overall the customer service and the ease of use on the website is what keeps me coming back. I pretty much exclusively order from Fixez for my shop B-Squared Computer Repair in Knob Noster Missouri. Where we do all forms of mobile device repair.
