"I received a new screen/digitizer for my LG G2 within 5 days of ordering, I installed it carefully and it didn't work right (ghosting and not responding to touch) I tried to deal with it and hoped it would resolve itself for a week, it got worse. I sent it back, they sent me another, this time the screen doesn't even work. I just get static. I contacted them again, they said basically, its probably your phone's fault, and we can't process repairs at this time. I called them a couple days later and convinced them to give me a return number, but I'm looking into other options before I send my whole phone in to them."
