"The replacement display for Nexus 7 was of very good quality and it is working perfectly well. The Youtube video by Fixez.com really helped to disassemble and install the screen.
I have also ordered a tool set considering it will be the same as shown in the video but the actual product was of really really bad quality. The tweezers were totally useless due to poor quality. Plastic opening tool was also not as good as I expected.
Overall I would still recommend Fixez.com for any replacement parts but not for any tool kits."

"How do I go about returning my purchase. The store I took it to to replace the LCD digitizer showed me That the screen was dysfunctional, as it just showed lines. I have been trying to figure out how to return it for over a week now. Please help me in the process, as it was a very expensive mistake. "It was nice dealing with a company that not only was fast but reliable. Even when there was an issue with my parts, (ordered 2 of the same thing), they called me and had me taken care of in no time. Rather than make me wait a week or longer without knowing, I was fully informed and knew that not not only was I being well treated but my product would be in great condition. Oh yeah the reason for the hold up was because when they got the shipment of parts in, the QC them and my batch of screens had been faulty. So rather than shipping out bad parts and just eating a shipping costs to look good, instead they told me what was up and said it would be a week. Which was lucky cause my gal broke her screen also lol, which they tossed in the box so I avoided extra shipping.

"Parts were delivered promptly. Installed fairly easily. I did have one issue. The doublesided tape sent for the screen replacement was a little thick. This caused an issue with the screen sensor. "

"The replacement screen for the LG Nexus 4 was working as expected but tools that were suppose be included in the package was missing. Only one of the plastic opening tools was included. I was able to open the phone using the one plastic opening tool. The delivery time was a little longer then expected but customer support notified me right away that my package was going to be ship ASAP. "

"Although the Nexus 4 screen was of good quality, the tools and accessories I ordered with it were made of cheap materials. The screwdrivers that I had ordered were woren out before I was done with my first screw and the plastic primers were made of low class plastic, they got bent and were useless.
Unfortunately, one of my nexus 4 battary screw head slipped because of 3rd class screwdriver and I was never able to remove my battary of the board.
Thy just have hi-quality convincing video saying it's very easy to do it yourself but in reality sell 3rs grade products. I would be ashamed to recommend them to anyone.."
