"I ordered some really nice sheets from Flash Steals as I was getting ready to move and upgrade to a queen bed. I received the sheets but kept them in the package because I wasn't moving until the first week of April. I was quite upset when I was putting on the new sheets late at night that they were in fact a king size rather than the size I ordered.
I sent the original order confirmation and photos of the wrong item and emailed them twice asking them to send me the correct item but no response.
So I disputed the charge with my bank and requested from Flash Steals a return slip so I can send back the sheets.
Would never ever ever buy from them again. They don't even have a phone number to reach a live person."

I ordered something from them and never received my item, or any responses to any of my support requests. They eventually posted a shipping tracking number and the Post Office said that it was the correct format, but that there was no matching shipment anywhere in their systems. Horrible experience.
