There is no customer support.

"Your email from the invoice doesn't work. It gets kicked back as non existence. With the phone number you have to leave a message where no one will call you back. All I wanted to know is why I didn't receive the item on the delivery day. Fortunately everything worked out where I eventually received the order. I am curious what a customer would do if everything didn't work out."

"The part worked. However, from the aftermarket parts I ordered that did not work. I notice that oem part given to me was missing the plastic cap on the sensor. Also, notice the part was kind of dirty from the sensor side. "

Internet parts person is out

"Great experience ordering on-line and picking up the part. They had it the next day. However, when I attempted to return the starter core for the deposit, the one guy who knows how to do internet orders was out. I was told to come back in a week. Over a week later, he's still out. I left the part and trust that they'll refund it to my card when he shows back up."
