"I rebooked my boyfriend’s flight home (extended it a few days) on flight hub. My flight was booked for March 11, March 10 I was able to get into flight hub change the date to March 14 picked my new flight paid the change fee on my credit card and received this notification

March 11, march 12 march 13 no email of my new flight times came, I logged into flight hub it said the process may take a few minutes to a few hours- this was a few days!! I tried to see if it should up as a booked ticket but only my boyfriends showed up, not even my original date of March 11 showed!! I emailed flight hub over 11 times panicking, no response. I was forced to book a one way ticket on west jet for over $800.00 and flew home march 14. On March 15 flight hub sent me an email that they will refund the 75.00 to change the ticket…umm well I already home and the window to refund this should have been March 10! I am out over 800 dollars

Due to covid I had to cancel my flight. l've been waiting on hold for hours whenever I call to rebook/get a refund and each time an agent claims they're looking into the matter but nothing gets resolved. I've sent emails to their support team and they reply with generic responses and never get back to me.

They are running a company on fraud. They take people's money and cancel their flights. They give the misinformation, then TURN AROUND and say they gave you another information. They blame the customer and **** them over! I spent over 10 hours on the phone with them, the promised we flight but never sent me confirmation. I called them every day and they lied to me every day! saying it was confirmed and I didn't have to worry. I went ahead and spent money on hotels and made my arrangements, and 2 days before the flight they called me to say that the flight is canceled. And that I have to pay 5 times more for the flight. They blamed me for not knowing better, they even said they advised us to cancel before (apparently it says on their system) WHICH WAS A LIE! They are THE WORST experience I have ever had. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! unless you want to give away your money. "
"Dealing with flighthub has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I had a processing issue with my booking where I wasn't able to look at my flights online or make any changes. I called flighthub to find out what the issue is and they told me they had to change my reservation to a different day as they couldn't secure the original flight I requested due to the flight suddenly changing its class last minute. I spoke to 5 separate employees asking why and how this happened, I asked to speak to a manager and they never got me one, and I asked for a refund but the tickets are non refundable even when you pay for their cancellation insurance. The kicker is that the flight I originally requested was still available from the airline carrier directly AND on their own website. They still had the flight available on their own website but refused to offer it to me without a $1000.00 upcharge... On the airlines website and THEIR own website it was only $200 difference from what they charged me.... I did manage to get the flight I originally wanted but their call center did literally nothing. I was able to exchange the ticket online myself with a $400 while I was on the phone with a representative who was telling me it's not possible unless I pay $1000.00.... "
"Seriously, consider this your warning. They are horrible. I had booked a flight and then my father had emergency surgery and I had to cancel the flight. They refused to credit the flight until I had sent multiple doctor's notes and they even wanted me to fax over his entire medical record. Like seriously? Did they really need to know all his medical information even after several doctor's office notes indicating that my dad was still in the hospital during the dates I was supposed to be traveling? Not only that, even with all the information requested, they canceled the flight and didn't even credit me despite the fact that I had called literally 10-15 times on multiple occasions to sort things out. Finally, I called Jetblue directly and even though their policy is that I would need to resolve things through Flighthub, the lady from Jetblue took pity on me and took care of the credit.
Things got even worse when I called to rebook the flight with the credit that was issued. Flighthub transferred me from one person to another and then after putting me on hold for 10 minutes just hung up on me. Not only that, not a single person I spoke to from Flighthub is a native English speaker which makes communication frustrating at times. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT USE FLIGHTHUB unless you also believe that you are the next lottery winner."
"I need to change the dates of my flight & was told I couldnt because of restrictions. When I explained this restriction was not listed when I made my reservations I was told to contact the airline directly since it was their policy. Delta informed me that since Flighthub is a third party reseller, they would need to work with me. Instead of working with me they again said no because of the restrictions & claims it is in the Terms & Conditions (which it is not). I am now pursuing other means to resolve this dispute. ALL CONDITIONS MUST BE TRANSPARENT TO THE BUYER, especially since they were cited in 2017 for a deceptive cancellation policy"
"Booked a flight from Tokyo to Toronto. The company sent me a confirmation within minutes and I was able to print my flight ticket quickly. I confirmed by reservation to the airline and the hotel I'm staying, both were confirmed. To be honest I was expecting extra fees due to previous experiences, this time no extra fees."
"This company is fairly great to use. I hope more people learn more about them. They've got low prices and it's easy to book your flights with them, on top of getting some really good deals. The discounts with them may be some of the best you can get online.
I had to cancel a flight to Texas and they were nothing but accommodating though I hope that they dealt with it a 'little' better. You have to talk to some of their staff and like most companies, getting through this can be difficult. Though I'd highly recommend them to anyone."
"My experience with FlightHub was good. I was actually afraid of booking with this site, one of my co-workers recommended it. I booked two tickets one for me and one for my brother. We got our E-ticket after 5 minutes and everything went good after that. "
