This is disgusting. Flipkart was not able to deliver the order for almost a month !! And still you see it reasonable to deduct cancellation fee on customer's prepaid order ?
Issue a complete refund as Flipkart has not delivered orders for more than a month, otherwise I logged complaint with Flipkart, no response even after 10 followup calls. Their Call centre agents would just disconnect the call. This is such a disgrace . This is my last order with FLipkart. Seems you guys are highly unmanaged now and could not track the huge customer base. And their higher executives are just drawing salary with 0 focus on operational quality."

I am totally dissatisfied with your service and processes. Firstly I ordered this product (Little's baby diapers) on 7th Oct and the delivery date was 14th Oct and that was delayed by your side.
Which was again rescheduled on 21st Oct and now you have cancelled the order by your side without any clear reason.
And also you will be going to refund my money on 29th Oct as you mentioned. So you just make me fool for around 15 days for a single product to deliver and also returning my money after 23 days. If you are not able to deliver the product timely or you cancel the delivery by your choice then please don't take the orders. This is totally pathetic and disappointing. I Will not buy anything from Flipkart. Such a disappointment from Flipkart. If Amazon were there then surely they were gonna escalate and compensate with this kind of issue. For Your service I will give you ZERO star rating.
Also when I was trying to connect to your customer care then my calls were disconnected by your customer care team side, your customer care executives names were Richa and Adarsh who were disconnected my call without giving me any resolution. They had not even listen to me properly and just disconnected the call from their side without giving any proper solution.
If you are running your company with this kind of team members and services then surely you will loose your valuable customers.
Again I am rating ZERO for your customer service and delivery services.

"The main reason we shop on Flipkart (or Amazon, etc) is so that, if there's a problem, we have an unbiased party that can mediate. After all, most sellers do have their own websites.
Unfortunately, Flipkart is quite useless when it comes to resolving problems. Any idiot can sell; the quality of a vendor is revealed when there's an issue with the sale, right?
In my case, a 53K treadmill proved defective (and fraudulent); I highlighted the issue to Flipkart within 3 days, but Flipkart couldn't/didn't help; now, I am stuck with the product.
Equally bad, or possibly worse, is the customer service on Flipkart that one has to navigate in such cases. I don't think the reps are dumb. More likely, either management directives are confused, or software the reps are provided with is poor -- one keeps getting repeated requests for information already provided. In my case, I have probably received over 25 emails, all quite meaningless ("We realize the importance of the issue... blah, blah, blah." We would like to thank you for your patience... blah, blah, blah."). Surely, Flipkart isn't using BOTs... or are they?
Calling on the telephone is even worse; I, normally a very polite person :), usually end up losing my temper with the idiocy that I encounter.
