If you wish to return the product and you have bought it from Flipkart, you are out of luck. I wanted to return the product and placed a return request.. Flipkart said that the courier service would come to take the product after about 10 days (astonishingly very very long time compared to other website such as Amazon, Ebay who are very prompt). Anyways, I waited till 13 days but the courier didn't arrive.
Curious, I checked to see what had happened.. Then I realised that they had cancelled the return request after 2 days without informing me.. I immediately called Flipkart and asked about it.. Now they say it was cancelled due to some technical issue they don't know of.. and now the return policy date is over and it cannot be returned and I have to keep the useless product..
This is sick of Flipkart.. It's like scamming innocent customers. I recommend you buy from sites like Amazon/ Ebay which provides top notch customer service. NEVER BUYING FROM FLIPKART AGAIN."

Quality of delivery - Out of two Chandeliers one Chandelier was missing Ceiling finial. Hence decided to return and replacement of one Chandelier.
Replacement Delivery date - Thu, Apr 19th ’18.
Quality of delivery - Received completely different color and quality Chandelier. Atleast this time the chandelier had a Ceiling finial.
Hence we decided to return the replacement Chandelier , and applied for refund of the replacement Chandelier.
Returned item collection date - Sun, Apr 22nd ’18
Quality of collection - Collected both (the faulty and the good) chandeliers saying both will be replaced.
However the order on the system was not updated about the return of both Chandeliers.
Refund date - 30th April 2018
Quality of refund - Received the refund money of one Chandelier(Rs.1525) and there is no account of the other Chandelier that was returned along with the replacement Chandelier.
We have called and complained to the Customer Service Center on the 1st May. They have disconnected our calls so many times.

"Hi, i have issues with the redmi note 4 since the day its arrived. I have already complaint about it twice.intermitantly( once or twice a day) phone reboots itself and gets stuck on the MI logo for more than 20-30 mins also heats up at times when is connected on charge. A technician came in today and i told him about the problem. And he is asking me for proof for the same. I told him i only have one phone which is redmi note 4 and i cant provide him with any proof as i cant do a video recording. He was still asking for a video recording. I genuinely have issues with the phone and it happens intermitantly. I beleive the technician didnt know the meaning of intermitantly. I still have issues with the phone. Reboots once or twice itself everyday and gets stuck on the start up screen for more than 30 mins. The technician closed the complaint as the problem didnt occur when he arrived. Inspite of me telling him it doesnt happen the whole day the technician didnt resolve my issue. Made me sign a paper which he didnt tell me what it was about and left without any resolution. I want the phone either to be replaced as its within the 10 days replacement period or refund me my money back. I need a resolution. The technician didnt seem to have knowledge about customers problems or issues ther are facing with the product. The issue is not resolved though my phone is withing 10 days replacement period with no damage on the phone and is in the same condition as received. My sincere advice would be never go with flipkart. Amazon is better with regards to customer service or issues with any product within the exchange period. Worst company flipkart

"Guys First of all il say that don't purchase any product from this lousy third grade site called Flipkart! I was an old user of flipkart and i have been fooled by this falsey site several times. They sell me damaged products and then they deny to return or refund it back! They ate my refund money too and that case has been 1 year it hasn't been resolved yet and they never bothered to call me for that issue ever i myself had to call them back every time and then eventually that matter has vanished and Flipkart dont care!
Last product i did mistake buying from flipkart was an Mp3 player turned out to show poor performance from 3rd day! its ear phone **** from day 1! you cant even hear the sound of music properly! the ipod stops working after 1 min of play and even after several time of charge its same! so basically you cant listen music which its suppose to do! useless product.
As flipkart gives false assurety that they have 10 days warranty i called up on 10th day to flipkart to return the product! They have updated 3 days early date payment of product from the real date of payment and tell me that my warranty period has finished! even though i have sent a screen shot of my purchase summary from my flipkart account that clearly shows the true date of my purchase payment but flipkart kept denying the fact and my calls and they deny to reply or help me for this! and this is not the first time its been several times over and over again same old behaviour from flipkart same lousy unprofessionalism! "I bought a Panasonic ELUGA I5 mobile phone, it was delivered to me on dated 11th Nov 2017, on the first day I recognised that Flipkart has delivered to me a garbage, and on dated 13th of Nov I requested for return. A technician visited to my address, he did not do anything and said phone is working good. I checked and informed him, showed him that phone is not working good. It goes off always after some time, power button is not working, hanging a lot, and ringer is not working too but that foolish tech said, its good so I did not sign on that paper where he wanted me sign and he went from there. I called again to Flipkart and they asked me to visit Panasonic centre to get a Job Sheet prepared, I took a leave from my office (which was really tough for me) and got a job sheet done. Now on dated 23rd of Nov another executive visited at my place, he said your phone is not in working condition and I can not take it back. (how should I make you fools understand that its not in working condition thats why I requested for replacement). Somehow I turned it on, now again he said that it has low charging, we can not take it back (e-cart executive said). He asked me to charge it till 50% and left the address by saying, once its charged, call me, I will come and will pickup the phone. After around 1 hour, it was charged 50% so I called him back and requested him to come, he said I am coming in 5min. after 30min I called again and I had to call 8-10 times to that guy, at last he started disconnecting my call and set my number into reject list. and because of this I had to drop my urgent meetings also. (all this took more than 4 hours) (His number - ***-***-****) and at last he did not come.
I tell you Flipkart, why do we go for online shopping, do you know???, OK. let me tell you, that we do not have time to visit market so we go for online shopping so that we can save our some time and here you are asking us to visit service centres, you are asking us to wait 5-6 hours in official time. Its embarrassing man... isn't ??? is there anyone to make me satisfied or help ???
Overall, I tell you guys, it was my worst experience with Flipkart for replacement and I would never be liking to go for flipkart or to suggest my friends or relatives. Horrible experience ever I could see of online shopping.

"I had purchased a Micromax 32” LED TV from Flipkart Mobile App. Payment was made online and TV delivered on 8th Nov. Subsequently on 9th Nov, one of their contract staff came to mount the TV on its table top. Upon opening the carton, he saw out of the two table top stands, only one was provided. I called the customer support assistance team and lodged an official complaint about the missing table top stand which was confirmed by the contract staff to them immediately. I was assured the same would be arranged and sent to me within 3 working days. Ever since then, I have been calling them repeatedly everyday and only false promises are being given. Today, 15th Nov, I get a call from them saying I will have to buy it myself and then send the receipt to them after which they will liaise with the vendor/supplier for an e voucher for that amount. I believe it was my worst ever decision to buy a product from Flipkart who have just proved a point of how unprofessional they are. Instead of resolving my complaint, they put me into more mental torture just because payment was made in full. My advise to all is to think twice before placing your order with Flipkart. WORST SERVICE EVER. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. They need a lot to learn from others on what Customer Service is. DISGRACEFUL. My rating would be VERY VERY BAD with BIG MINUS if given that as an option."
