After writing the above review, and after I had already installed the product, with some minor issues, their customer service representative contacted me to inquire about the website problems and at that time I also let him know about the product issues I ran into during installation. The product is good quality. That was not the issue. It was a pattern match problem that did work out OK. He proactively asked to see if he could help me in some manner, but the product was already installed by myself. The service rep and I exchanged several friendly emails, and then company quickly gave me a refund for a portion of what I had paid for the product without any threats or insistence on my part.
This is a good company to do business with, but they do need some work on their website. A huge variety of products but sometimes you find yourself going in circles getting back to where you saw something.

UX could be a little better on getting the accessory pieces (t-molding, bullnose, etc.) I didn't realize that it didn't match the color and had difficulty trying to get back to that catalog page so I could get the right color and pieces. (The major concern being that the color was being discontinued so the matching accessory pieces were no longer offered.) Overall though looking forward though to receiving my pieces. Appreciated being able to use Amazon checkout since I have the ability to export purchases through Amazon into a CSV file to track purchases since I own and operate a home based business for home modifications for the disabled. I am a little disappointed that I could not force the city listed (We live in a municipality that shares a zip code with a neighboring very large city. In order for our town to receive sales tax revenues from online purchases, our municipality must be listed in the shipping address) "
