" THe ONLY "supervisor" Alicia Wasted over 40 minutes of my time on what should have been a 5 minute business transaction. Instead of finding the solution she ARGUED and LECTURED over and over, wasted more and more of my time. Hung up, refused to give ANY information, REFUSED to answer any question. Said she would call back in 2 hours. Said I could speak to her director, said "someone" would call me back "sometime" today. Also said said "someone " would call me back in a hour. Which is the truth? when I was not as angry. Alecia failed to understand she was the cause of my anger. Her incompetence.They delivered the wrong carpet tiles. All I asked for ( multiple times) was how to get this back to them and to send my correct item. Simple. I still don't have any answers.. A lack of understanding of customer service, her disrespect, Unprofessionalism. She should NEVER be in customer service much less a supervisor."
"Fine but my shopping cart initially didn't show items in the cart on the top icon so I clicked the order again, then advanced to the shopping card. I then discovered I had too many items in the cart, so had to remove the entire order and start over. You should itemize the click incidence separately so I could have just removed what I didn't want, kept what I wanted and checked out more quickly. No biggie, but I had to start from scratch. Otherwise, great and I will likely buy again."
