"Do not order from Flora2000. I ordered flowers for a friend in Taiwan and not only did they send the wrong flowers (some plain basic ones that are red which were super ugly), they did nothing when i tried to email them and rectify the issue.

"ordered the serenade package for valentines day. ie. one bunch of flowers to be delivered on 12th ,one on the 13th and one on 14th February. On the web site they guaranteed on time delivery and quality of flowers.
Today is the 16 feb, so far two lots of flowers were delivered on the 14 feb, the third still hasn't turned up. The flowers that were delivered, one is ok, the other is not what i ordered, and already half dead.

"I was looking for a florist who would send arrangements overseas. I wanted to send a close friend something after a very terrible incident. I ordered from them and included all the relevant information. I missed the 24 hour cutoff because of the time zone cutoff, which they don't clarify. on the accepted to delivery date I check the status on line during the day. Their web site frankly ****. There is no details other than delivered. It would be helpful if I saw out for delivery, or delivery attempted, etc. delivery was due on a wed, by friday morning I tried the chat line, where they said they would contact the local outlet. I checked status over the weekend not change, Monday i checked again to see if was shipped. No change, I tried the chat again, I was told because it was UK we would hear today and they were closed on weekend! They would try again, and I should send an email to Richard, who never replied!
Tuesday, I check again, no delivery. I am on the chat live at 5AM and no one available even 6 hours later. Which means either they are lying about support coverage or the have so many support issues I shouldn't be using them!
I am so disgusted with this firm. I plan on posting this warning on every review site I can to warn others who want to make someone's day a little brighter and avoid being disappointed by this firm"
