"Absolutely not a positive transaction. I ordered a bouquet and it was delivered. I was amazed to find out the order was NOT AS PICTURED but a pitiful 1/2 of the order. I found out from BRADS DEALS and went to the website and ordered. When I received a picture of what was ordered it basically was 1/4 of the amount of flowers. And you know their response (after disconnecting me twice??)) I'll send you care tips. I have a green house I know about flowers and not all of these flowers will open. They skimped because of the holiday.....so for FLORISTS.COM once they receive your money they are done with you. In my opinion false advertising.....and they simply do not care for repeat customers."
"I purchased two flower arrangements from this company for family members for Christmas and my sister-in-law advised us (embarassed) that the flowers that arrived were in very poor condition (wilted, broken). When we got back home from visiting them, I reached out to Flowers.com and told them and they said I must provide a picture. I said I was not the recipient and I didn't have a picture. (Would my sister-in-law tell my wife this if it weren't true?). I asked Florist.com for some form of consideration and they flat refused. Disgraceful product and even worse customer service. Please go elsewhere."
"Placed order online at 7 AM and paid for same day delivery. They called the following day after the funeral had started to ask for more information. Information that was included in the order! Unbelievable, do not trust them if you need a quick delivery!! You think for something as important as a funeral they would ask questions before the delivery day had passed???"
"I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. They arrived on time, but were wilted and looked like they should have cost $5 instead of the $40 I paid. Customer service promptly responded to my complaint, but that's all I can that's positive about them. They could not replace my order with a next day delivery (the next day being my wife's birthday) and they refused to issue me a refund. I did receive 50% off and a $10 coupon. The coupon will be going to waste as I will never use this website again."
"I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for mother’s day. The pathetic excuse for a bouquet was delivered on time. The stems were not cut to fit the vase, the TWO colored flowers in the bouquet were broken, there was no other filler to fill the space in the arrangement, and when I complained to customer service, they said the flowers needed a couple of days to bloom and gave no response to replacing or refunding. I’ll never use this site again and could not be more disappointed in their lack of care."
"I thought I would give this vendor a try, but it was a horrible experience. RIght off, I made a special request that my colleague would receive her birthday flowers by noon on her birthday. That is the whole point of sending them -that the person receive them early to enjoy them for the day. My colleague left work, and the flowers showed up late - 5:30 and were missing two balloons and some of roses were already wilted. I had spent $90 on this and it was very embarrassing. I tried to call their service number and I received a non-open voice mail during the hours they were listed as open. "
"Thankful that my flowers were delivered on time, because they do not have any Customer Services Rep. Only reason i know that is because I asked the person I sent the package to. I did not receive an email, I could not track the package, I don't have a receipt and if you call the 1-800 number, it says they are closed. They have been closed since Saturday and it is now Wednesday. It is hard to find a flower company online that has excellent customer service that delivers. "I ordered 2 dozen roses in a vase to be sent on Valentine's Day. The recipient received a box of 2 dozen roses and a box of the vase. This means the recipient had to assemble it. I've never heard roses are unassembled on Valentine's Day and this was embarrassing for me. I contacted the customer service via email twice and no response and it's been a week now.

"This is by far the worst customer experience I have had. I ordered flowers early on a Wed, for delivery the same day. Later in the day the website said they "attempted" to make delivery but they were not able to deliver. I spoke to customer service and they said it will go out Thur am. As 2 pm passed no flowers delivered. I called again and was told the company has them out for delivery. I asked the agent for an approximate time and they said let us call and find out. When they came back on the phone they said the florist didn't answer the phone (ya ok)....Now here is the odd part. I got a credit for delivery and when they sent the bill all the taxes were in a totally different city and county from where I live. One that would never drive that far for a delivery. THIS COMPANY IS CLUELESS and a SCAM.

"My friend ordered a gift for me. It was to arrive on Saturday. On Sunday my friend called to ask if I received it. I told her no. In following up, they order wasn't delivered due to "weather", which is ridiculous, the weather was beautiful on Saturday. Then the delivery was changed to Monday, 10pm on Monday, still NO delivery!! Customer service is terrible. I called them and asked to talk to a manager and was told No. Do not order from here!!"
"I should have known to order from another florist when their web site had so many glitches on the mobile version that I had to switch to a computer. But stupidly, I hoped the delivery and flowers would be a different story. Not so. They left a confusing message with the recipient "we have a question" but when she returned their call, they couldn't help without the order number. (She's the recipient, of course she doesn't have the order number.) I call and they say they need to substitute some of the flowers in the arrangement I ordered, okay, not a problem. But the arrangement that arrived not only bore no resemblance whatsoever to the arrangement I ordered, I had ordered the premium version of a beautiful, exotic arrangement in a short modern vase and they delivered the cheapest possible flowers (daisies, carnations, astrolomeria, ferns) in a tall cheap vase. This arrangement looks like I bought it from the refrigerator in a hospital gift shop. Awful. I will never order from these folks again. "
" I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with the quality and the response to dead flowers being delivered. Exactly 1 week later there has been absolutely nothing done about a delivery that the flowers were dead basically on arrival. I wish I knew what florist you use coming out of the Wauwatosa Wi area. Very disappointed in such a large company. Within 4 hours of receiving the flowers they were brown and wilted. Tried to get them to at least say sorry. I have pictures.
