Ich hatte nur leider eine Empfängerin ohne Telefon-Nummer, aber über E-Mail konnte ich klären, dass die Lieferung - bei nicht Erreichen der Empfängerin (da ihr Tor vorm Haus verschlossen) auch gern den freundlichen Nachbarn übergeben werden kann. So hat es auch funktioniert, und ich erhielt heute früh, 8.00 Uhr einen Anruf vom Geburtstagskind. Sie wollte sich persönlich sofort für die große Überraschung bedanken! Sie war sehr, sehr glücklich! Die Blumen gefielen ihr wunderbar! Sie meinte, es wäre eine fantastische Überraschung! Und sie sagte, sie würde gern wieder 80. Geburtstag feiern. Daraufhin schlug ich ihr vor, wieder einmal Blumengrüße zu senden. JEDOCH- bat ich Sie um ihre Telefon-Nummer. So geht es beim nächsten Mal noch viel einfacher.
