The confirmation came from an "operating" airline that is known for crappy service, if this would have been visible before, would not have booked. They charge fun general for everything.
When Flugladen was confronted with their "misinformation" they answer with standard text, are "happy to assist" but just do not want to be bothered. They faked it up, lied and do not feel responsible. They keep answering with standard prepared texts, circling around.
Fact is on their booking page are other informations than at the confirmation email from airline. Flugladen Does not give a damn and makes it the passengers problem."

Then a few days later I get a new ticket for this exact flight I didn't accept. Impossible to get in touch with anyone on Flugladen side - you only get generic messages. If you want to change this unwanted flight - a FEE. Haha. Don't waste your time - STRAIGHT TO CHARGEBACK. Had to buy a separate set of tickets at 130% of the price now and freeze my money until chargeback solves the issue."

"This company is a scam! Do not book from them, they are being chased by an angry mob of customers and lawyers. My flight from SGN to FRA got canceled due to covid-19 in the 30th of March, Emirates already issued a full refund but the company still keeping my money.
The company is unreachable by phone, no email reply, no customer service. I will take legal action once I'm back to work at the university. The business lawyers and professors would put this in a case study for a textbook when they mention the covid-19 crisis! Classic bankruptcy fraud is becoming this company."

"I made my booking (FL-20503819) on 23rd Dec. 19 and made the payment + received the booking confirmation successfully. However, the next day when I check for the ticket it says "Your booking has been cancelled."
Upon asking them myself, they replied the following:

During the booking process, the airline provided us incorrect seat availability for the price you selected, regrettably we were unsuccessful to rebook your seats. This can occur when a high volume of people book the same flight at the same time.
We have cancelled your booking request and refunded your payment of XXXX EUR
Because of the processing time required by the banks and credit card companies, it may take up to 5 - 10 working days before you can see this payment in your account. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite this process due to external parties””””
So therefore:
1. "when a high volume of people" use their website, it cannot be trusted to show the right price and customers bear the loss in case they make a mistake.
2. Even though they can receive payment instantly. The refunds caused by their mistake take 5-10 working days (for me its going to be 2-3 weeks due to holidays). So customers bear the loss in case they make a mistake.
3. They didn't even notify me with email of the failed booking, in case I hadn't checked myself, I don't know when they would've notified me and so might have wasted even more of my time.
Conclusively, the prices they're advertising on the website are not accurate. Even after you pay for the booking and they say its successful, they're going to wait 24h to check the prices with the airline and cancel the booking in case "THEY" made the mistake to show the wrong price in the first place.
So be prepared to suffer all the lost time and money (and have your payment blocked for weeks) if "THEY" make the mistake of showing you the wrong price of the flight."
"My flight got changed twice. Once my connecting flight got delayed and stay reached to 28 hours. I paid for hotel and visa. Then again my whole outbound flights schedule got changed. I lost my hotel stay and visa fee. Poor customer service, long waiting time on call, poor language skills. They changed the flight to poorest schedule i.e. basically cheapest connection just 2 days before flight"
"Double booking despite premium service package !!!! Not recommendable
I have only booked the flight on 5/12 December with premium service including change fees and cancellation fees and unfortunately I got the visa until 3/12 and when I wanted to change the flight date I paid 165 euros again despite the so-called premium service package !!!!! Then I tried calling the company from Ukraine via hotline and it was mega complicated. After 20 minutes waiting time the coworker said that it is only for our company no fees necessary but for the airline already !!!!! I found it rude and misleading that I paid the ticket twice, although I have already paid wide for the change in advance."
"Very pathetic service. I have booked flight, they deducted the money and send me conformation email. But didn't issue me ticket. When i called them, I was told, my booking has been canceled and My money will be refunded which I didn't get yet.
