"Ordered Feb 10 2019. I emailed them after a couple weeks of not being shipped. They said it was stuck in the midwest. Week later, received notice it was shipped, tracking states from China (not mid west). Can't use product in my eyes from China. Site says it is in Los Angeles, CA. Says they have no hassle returns. Finally received product after month, from China. Contacted them several times to get a return authorization. They don't answer any emails. There is no other way to contact them. Check Better Business Bureau. They don't answer complaints. They have many. "
