Missing parts
"Ordered Go Rhino SRM Rack Mounting Kit. Received quickly, but it appears to have been a return. It had been put together with the wrong bolts and was missing an edge trim. Luckily, Go Rhino sent a replacement for the missing trim. Was priced great and shipped fast."

Problem contacting vet
"Got an email that they supposedly attempted to contact vet to approve medication 2 times and told me the vet hung up on them and didn't answer??? My vet did not get any phone calls. Contacted Allivet and they wanted the vet's email, so I gave it to them. Received another email stating they attempted 3 times and could not contact vet. I then contacted Allivet and cancelled. Called another who verified within one day and mailed to me. Allivet had a great price, but it doesn't matter if they can't deliver the product."

In China, doesn't honor returns.
"Ordered Feb 10 2019. I emailed them after a couple weeks of not being shipped. They said it was stuck in the midwest. Week later, received notice it was shipped, tracking states from China (not mid west). Can't use product in my eyes from China. Site says it is in Los Angeles, CA. Says they have no hassle returns. Finally received product after month, from China. Contacted them several times to get a return authorization. They don't answer any emails. There is no other way to contact them. Check Better Business Bureau. They don't answer complaints. They have many."
