"Excellent experience with Form and Function. I ordered a Kichler pendant light by telephone on a Monday, and it was delivered on Friday. I was surprised to receive it so quickly since it was shipped from NV to MA. Light was in excellent condition, and there was no shipping charge for a $91.00 light fixture. I would order from them again without hesitation."

"I was happy with the product, a Minka Air Concept II 44" fan, and Form+Function shipped it promptly. However, their price was $220, and I subsequently found the exact same item at both Farrey's and Lamp Depot for about $130. I emailed Form+Function about this and they didn't respond. So then I called them and their comment was "boy, those other sites sure have a good price". They refused to do anything about it. No refund of part or all of the difference, no credit towards a future product, nothing. This was a salesperson. I then asked for the manager to call me back and she never did. So clearly (1) they don't want me as a repeat customer, and (2) they have a nice site to browse but I would sure recommend then searching for the product on other sites, you may get a much better deal. This is some of the worse customer service I've experienced."
