"I ordered a splatter shield which arrived earlier than I expected and it was damaged. I called Walter Drake customer service and, without hesitation, they agreed to send me another right away. No hassle and very easy. I would order from this site again. They did not ask me to review them... I feel that they are worthy of feedback on their willingness to respond so quickly to resolve this."

"I am not surprised that Mobal is classified as an "elite" merchant. I ordered an international cell phone on Sept 30 and was provided with a FedEx tracking link. This link indicated that I would receive my phone on Thursday, October 6, and it was being sent from Great Britain. Much to my amazement, the phone was delivered Monday morning, October 3. The tiny print on the instructions was difficult to read, but I was able to get a PDF through the excellent online support. Good tech support as well!"

"Excellent experience with Form and Function. I ordered a Kichler pendant light by telephone on a Monday, and it was delivered on Friday. I was surprised to receive it so quickly since it was shipped from NV to MA. Light was in excellent condition, and there was no shipping charge for a $91.00 light fixture. "Flash Memory Store is a scam! Wish I had found this website sooner! I ordered a 2GB SanDisk memory card at $38.95 + .99 shipping on 1/22/07. Two weeks later, on 2/5/07, I received a Q Memory card, 150x Xpress Turbo, NOT what I ordered! I called, and their recording says to leave a message. There is no opportunity to speak with anyone. I left a message and also sent an email on 2/5, requesting them to send the SanDisk 2GB that I ordered. I am not optimistic and would not order from them again."
